Delete Your DiamondOps Account

In the app

• Parents, coaches and admins: open the More tab, then tap Delete My Account.
• Players: open the Profile tab, then tap Delete my login.

On the website

Sign in at diamond-ops.com, open My Profile, choose Edit Account, then Delete my account.

By email

Can't sign in? Email privacy@diamond-ops.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my DiamondOps account”. A guardian can ask the same for their player. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in, right away.
• For parents and guardians: any player for whom you are the only guardian, including their profile, Practice Journal, photos, videos and player login. Players who have another guardian stay, and are only removed from your account.
• For players: your login. Your player profile stays with your family and team.

What is kept

Records your organization keeps for its own finances and legal compliance (store orders, dues payments, signed waivers) and messages you sent in team or organization chats stay with the organization. Deleted information may remain in backups for up to 60 days before it is permanently erased.
